Chrome Steel Bar/Tubes

Hard chrome bar is a chromium-plated steel product used primarily as piston rod material in all standard applications in hydraulics and pneumatics. Common applications are found in cranes, dump trucks, lifters, garbage compactors, agricultural machinery and production equipment with movable sections.

Because hard chrome bar is normally used in conditions of high stress, friction and harsh climatic environment, the quality of the base metal and surface treatment are of paramount importance. Wear, impact and corrosion resistance, as well as high yield strength, surface smoothness and uniform quality are most important properties of hard chrome bar.

Plain MDF

We provide an extensive range of wood panels and hardware products from all the major Supplier including MDF.

MDF board, or medium-density fiberboard, is an engineered wood product. It is produced to high technical specifications, with a fine and smooth surface. This plain MDF board is available in different sizes and thicknesses to suit a wide range of applications. Currently it is primarily used to construct wooden floors, doors, partitions, furniture and more.

Specifications for MDF Board

  1. Wood species used: majorly poplar, mixed some hardwood
  2. Density: 730~750KG/CBM
  3. Colours: light white
  4. Thickness: From 2.5mm to 25mm

 HDF

HDF board is characterised by a smooth surface, soft texture, high strength, uniform density, impact resistance, workability etc. It is fit for indoor and outdoor decoration, and is increasingly used to manufacture furniture, anti-static flooring, wall panels, partitions, and security doors. HDF is also a good packaging material.

Laminated MDF

Although MDF can be faced with several options, the most commonly used one is melamine. Melamine is a paper film that is impregnated with melamine. The paper, which is of different colours or grains, is immersed in melamine and then dried. Afterwards, it is overlaid onto the medium density fibreboard (MDF) using low pressure, providing a pre-finished hard surface that is resistant to wear, stain and scratches.
